The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Bright Edafe, of Delta State has said that indecent dressing is not an offense.
Adding that no police officer has the right to harass anybody over it.
He made the statement known on his X account recently.
According to him, “As requested by my wonderful followers, and residents in the State. No policeman, or vigilante, can arrest you over dreadlocks, bump shot, or because you are braless, etc. It’s not an offense. My phone number is on the video for you to reach me immediately. Peace ✌️”
