A popular Benin Pastor, who simply gave his name as Sowata has been apprehended and paraded by some community members after he was caught while in a serious condition with one of his female church members.
The cleric who gave the name of his church simply as “New Glory”at Ebumeje in Benin, Edo State was stripped and paraded naked with bruises on his face and some other parts of his body for allegedly having canal knowledge of his wife’s friend who is also a church member.
Sawata, in his 60s and a father of four affirmed that he had gone with the woman on two occasions whenever she comes to their house when his wife is not around.
The Delta-born pastor claimed in the viral video that his actions were mistakes as he begs for mercy.
