The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has made significant strides in combating economic sabotage, as evidenced by recent operations in Imo State.

The Corps, through its CG SIS, arrested two suspected economic saboteurs and seized a Toyota Sequoia jeep containing over 5,000 litres of suspected adulterated AGO at Abacheke in Ohaji/Egbema LGA.

In addition, two illegal crude oil warehouses hidden in a dense forest in Izorsu community of Oguta II Local Government Area and Umuofor community of Oguta Local Government Area were uncovered and subsequently dismantled during the operations, showcasing the NSCDC’s commitment to curbing illegal activities.
